Hey just wondering, with a lipless crank can you still crank it quickly in winter or do you have to slow down a bit.

Connor with a nice Albert Falls piggy caught on a DD22 (Saturday 05 July 2008).  The 'rules' say - "slow retrieve in winter" - this fish didn't read those rules.

No you guys are wrong...boskop is just outside of potch on your way to carletonville on the rysmierbult road...i fish there quite often...
Boskop is a nature reserve, the water of this dam flows into potch dam...really nice dam just allot of grass, the water is also very clean one of the cleanest dams ive seen, but that makes good fishing for bass!!!The bass there is really good sizes!!You can camp there too, very good prizes but no electricity.

Check it out.
Im going there again in spring!!!
And in October.
