Fished yesterday and got my butt handed to me by nasty conditions..went today with same nasty conditions.. started hopping between reefs on the push but could not get to my preferred reefs as there was a holdup on the n2.. moved to the surf starting with a big sandy round the 4kilo mark that gave a good account of itself especially at the lip..ended with a nice fat cape stumpnose round the kilo mark to make for a nice fresh meal
any smaller and it would of been bait and family always wanting fresh fish regardless of size..smaller the better like stumpnose etc thats among their favourite.
