I caught all my sharks on throuw bait and FMJ. You don't get burnt off...

When you throw a bait for sharks, do you keep the bait rather small or chuck out fish heads ect...?

i also caught quite a few 30 - 45kg size bronzies up in nam on throw baits in good old times
however
when i moved to cpt i started sliding and got bigger fish
rule of thimb is: if u wanna get a bigger fish jy moet slide -) true?

When is the best time to fish for them, high or low? I mean at high tide you cant really wade out to get over the lip can you??

Or do they come in pretty close? If so, then how far are we talking??
