Hello all does anybody know what license is needed for the Langebaan lagoon I have a Cat R license I saw an article somewhere it was mentioned you need a Cat E license how is this possible I read the national regulations over and over the words never changed Category R: This covers all inland waters, estuaries, lagoons .Is there a specific by law that can be referenced. I don't want to come all the way from Mossel Bay and I can't fish off my boat.
