Shy shark as bait?

Hi guys although im not new to shark fishing i have never used swim baits before.Has anyone used or heard of anyone using shy sharks as a swim bait or a slide bait.We catch one on almost every cast fishing for edibles here.Would like to maybe know if u guys think they would work.

No man!  Please release them as unharmed as possible - do you know they are endemic to South Africa?! 

If all you catching is skaamhaai then go home - the water is too cold and nothing else is biting.

cow sharks will eat them, as will raggies... they are no good for swimbaits as firstly they are too small and weak and will go for the nearest rock.

better bait is a lesser if you can get... you know cos when youre looking for them thats exactly when you wont find any

They one and only time I used a shysark of some sort was a 7stripe cat shark at skurwes and got rewarded with a brinzie of 225cm.

The striped catshark would mostlikly be your best bet hey::tight: a shyshark choped up raped together as as a slide bait might work as I have herd of them being bittern In half wile been woulnd in, however I'de prefer to use a bought cut fish as my cow shark bait, instead of cutup shyshark
