howzit guys,i just wanted to find out where the shad are on the bite on the kzn south coast,need to get a few for bait as we going up to sodwana for a while,no shad around there at the moment....thanx
A couple of smallish shad (35-40cm) have been coming out at hotel rocks (south of Winkel rocks) in Toti. Be prepared to scratch for a couple of hours though to get them though...
went to margate about two weeks back caught about 5 shad on karrantien trace!!! other guys where catching them buy the dozens and keeping them!
early morning or late afternoon would definitly get you some.
