Hi Ladies & Gentlemen,

We are holding our inaugural Gauteng social event this coming Saturday the 18th August 2007.

This will take place at the dam on Leeuwkop prison grounds. We would like to kick this off at around 10 am. This will be a family event.
We will have a jumping castle for the children. The toilet facilities have been checked by one of our female members and have been classed as clean. We have a small "hall" in which to sit around and be social and to eat and hold our "Lucky Draw". We will be providing a couple of fires, bread rolls and some salads. Please bring your own meat and drinks. It might not be a bad idea to bring some camping chairs as those available at Leeuwkop are limited.

14:00 till late         Social and make new friends

Prizes: Sponsored by Cheapest Fishing Tackle, "Theres No-one Cheaper, than the Cheapest"

1st prize : Shimano Spinning reel

2st Prize : SureCatch Coffee Grinder

3rd Prize : A Set of mixed lures

Consolation Prizes : Lots of little things like headlamps and bait knives etc.

Entrance fee R45 (R15 at the gate and R30 for the social, includes t-shirt and entry to draw for Adults)  
Children are only gate fee (We don't have t-shirts for the little people)

Please remember to confirm number of adults and children as we need to cater.

Hi Guys
To all the members who did not attend our get together. It was an awesome day. Land Locked thank you for the arrangements. Thank you to all the guys and ladies I met there. The casting was spectacular. I tried to reach the same distance on Sunday but my bait boat's batteries went flat halfway. The highlite of the day was the strip show, although the colour of the strippers legs were as white as a Pick n Pay chicken. ( As it is Winter we all understood )
A big thank you to the Durban guys with guests who attended and treated us to a excellent bowl of curry.
Last but not least thank you sponsors for the prizes.
We should do this more often.
