Rus n Bietjie

Hey sealiners,

Hope everyone is doing good.

I did a search but didn't find anything recent on Rus n Bietjie resort in Deneysville. The reports i read were not positive about the place either. Has the resort changed since than? Has anyone been there lately that can let us know how the place is? Any info will help. How is the fishing there?

I am thinking of planning a day trip there so any info about the place will do.

i am also planning a trip to the Rus n Bietjie resort and would like to know if this place has become better than the revues i read if somebody has photos of the stand on the water side and facilities it would be much appreciated

There was a report about it recently, & it wasnt good. It's become somewhat of a difficult venue to fish, a bit snaggy & the fish are a bit shy on the bite. If you can a spot right at the end to the left, next to the boatclub from where you can launch a boat, it would be your best bet, if you have to sit anywhere else, you might find that the water is shallow, you get stuck alot, & it may be crowded.
