A very interesting business plan has crossed my path but before i put pen to paper i need some information that does not seem to be readily available on the web
If i was to build dams the size of donaldsons on my land what licence/permit will be needed? Dams will be fed by spring water and river.
To stock the dams with fish what permits are needed if any ?
