Hi Guys,

 

Fished on Friday 27/04/2007 at Blythedale beach from 06H30 till 13H00 with Master (Kish) and my laatjie.

Conditions were ideal but not even peckers around. At about 10H00 I decided to slide out a mushy bloody triple sardine bait to entice the sharks. 5 minutes later I had a run and picked up this lovely Catface Rockcod. Only fish that came out amongst about 20 anglers. Lenght=600mm, weight approx: 3 Kg

Hey kingfish..ya it's a beautiful specimen!!!..perfect legal size too!!..nice catch redeye!..u played it perfectly too cos that fish was in the mood off playing games in the deep water too..
