Pumula Beach Hotel

I will be staying at the pumula beach hotel and would love to put the dropshot gear to use:fishn

can anyone tell me about the areas fishing quality would love to know the following

• Possible target species [/*]
• Best lures [/*]
• best spots in the area [/*]
• is august a good time[/*]

the hotel is based near the umzumbe beach area (natal south coast)

any advice would be greatly appreciated

I have fished there in December the past 2 years and will again this this year.
Have caught shad, wave garrick and black tail using a 7 foot rod and 2500 spinning reel with braid an 10lb fuoro leader using sand worm and blood worm scented plastics.
