I was in PSJ (Silaka) 7 - 13 July.
The river was producing some nice grunter at night and at the mouth the small sandies were were a regular feature,
Poenskop and Silaka produced some nice stumpies and big blacktails. 2nd beach regularly produced shad and we caught a few kob 2-3 kg at Silaka at night.
Sharks and other big fish were scarce due to the large shoals of sardine offshore.

im not going to ntafuff anymore going to cremorne.wats the river like lately guys?

the cottage was hired and they looked at the wrong date.so pist off!but going to port st johns-cremorne now.

I was there this past weekend, weather was good! Water was TOPS! but the fish were on holiday. 1 Garrick came out at SAMMON ROCK, we heard that some garrick had entered the river so i tried for it with shad head but instead i landed a 53.8kg Diamond Ray.
