Pontoons for a Jetski

Hi, what do you guys think of inflatable pontoons ala rubber duck type. From what I can see so far is that they are made by a professional outfit in Pretoria. Price wise they are R6,500 fitted. Does anybody know about these or have an opinion
An alu rail is fitted to the side of the JS and it takes 2 minutes to slide on or off.

Looking at the same option, detachable which I like. Only concern is the change in maneuverability

i don't own a jetski
but did have a aqua quad.

pontoons are only great for stability wise.
tubbies gives you more spce to stack some fish and gear etc, as there aint not much space on a jetski.

the down side, tubbies are very expensive!

so practically tubbies is better!
and the life expectancy is much more then a blow-up pontoon!

If you intend fishing 2 guys on a Jetski you need something!

Monty@Jetwings......... His Jetwings are super stable and have built in Luna Tubes, live bait well, rod holders, and plenty of storage

Racetech..............Speak to Pierre they have Tubbys great stability and storage. If you are on a budget I think he does the older ones still which are cheaper.

Find out that the strips is not only glued but they also use poprivets, so there goes the " no holes in the hull". However they do slip on and off in ~ 4 minutes. I need something that will provide a bit more stabilization, 2 Oakes fishing together but is wary for the holes in hull. Has anybody installed this?

Thanks for the feedback. I think less holes in the ski is best and also prefer the hard shell pods. Pity about the price as they are not cheap. I will be wanting the clip on off type from Racetech and will get them as soon as budget allows
