Please help with rod

Can you guys please assist. I got this rod from a friend but my baitcaster does not seem suitable and it does not take a spinning reel.
Do any of you know these rods what type of reel do they use is it a suitable rod for bass fishing and is it a good rod would really appreciate any info.
