Please help. Vaal river launch sites

Please can you wonderful people recommend a public launch site on the Vaal river.
We would like to spend a day there and are looking for a new favorite place considering the poor state of Bronkhorstspruit dam lately.
I have considered the various boat clubs but to pay a years membership upfront is crazy while we are scouting for a nice place to relax on the water.

Good day,

there are about 3 that I can think of.

I used to use Abrahamsrust on the freestate side the slipway is alright but I wouldn't spend the night or use the toilet.

then there is a public slipway about 100m from emerald casino I never used this one but its a few rands less than Abrahamsrust to launch.

Then there is one in Vereeniging, I just cannot for the life of me remember what its name is.

I think the Vereeniging one may be Sam Gross slipway.
We went to Abies for the day on Saturday and it wasnt too bad for a day visit. Prices R193/boat and R67/person.

Vereeniging / Sam gross. In shocking condition and car may be gone when you come back

Vaalpark / abrahams rust not to bad make sure there is no function happening otherwise chaos

Vaalpark / riverside beach club. Brilliant

There are a few boat club in the loch but think you need to join

albatross ski boat club 500m upstream from sam gross hires lapas and umbrellas on a yearly bassis it work out quiet cheaply to have your own spot with launching facilities pool toilets ect
