Penn Fathom issue - help needed

Hey guys

I have a Penn fathom 40, when the reel is engaged (not in freespool) if I turn the handle I get a weird vibration almost bearing sound from the spool.

Anyone experienced this before?

Any help would be appreciated.

I've had a Fathom 40 for 2 years now. Have never had a problem like that.

Open up the reel, give it a good service and see if you still have the problem afterwards.
