What is the road like into the farm and will there be a road to all stands? Is a 4x4 needed during rainy days?

Hi all so this weekend i went to the farmer with the numbers and after a while i started to feel like a YO-YO being played with by the farmer as the numbers weren't what he wanted and then he wanted more money so at the end of the day i told him its best if we leave it. i have everyone's details who were interested and when i find something else which looks better i shall give you all a shout. Apologise to all for wasting your time as that was not my intent.
