This is an old scarborough by Ted Beesly (Winklespruit) Circa 1935.Still loaded with the old white braid.It boasts cow horn handles , Brass bracket and Bicycle bearings ,with brake.It has an unusal design in that its made from two separate pieces of wood.Not sure what type of wood it is.
