"New" Penn Senator 6/0 114H

My two son's each recently received an unused Penn Senator 6/0 114h from a visiting friend from the US. Apparently they were aquired from the son of a guy who prior to his death some years ago had a small fishing shop. Both are spotless and I suppose that makes them the same as brand new. The one is still in its original box with all the packaging intact. It has a yellow handle while the other (I imagine is newer) has a black handle. I will add the photo's below. The question I have is whether the reel in the box has any special collectors value as they want to spool line onto their reels and go fishing! Be glad of any advice
