Need help, cant catch nothing

Ruffed up is one thing but words cant explain what I saw. I have no problem with people eating their catches but please kill the thing before you do any work. this weekend I was at Roodekoppies, the one angler gave the fish to the groundsman who started scaling the fish at the campside. no problem but the fish was still jumping while he was scaling. then the anglers wife came & had him first cut the head off. Im no wild life freak but i cant see this happening & Im a person who  can slaughters & skins his own sheep without a problem. but please kill them humanly.

ruffed up is not word for what I saw this weekend at Roodekoppies this past sunday. please kill the fish humanly befor you want to start preparing them or even before you give them away.
