So, went down on Sunday morning from 9am to 11.30. Carps were biting like crazy and struggled to keep 2 rods in the water. I only managed to land 3 fish. I struggled with the new braid on the small reels. Would get a hook up only for the fish to come loose with every big head shale. Next time Ill fish with a shock leader. Lost 6 fish, 2 was from my own dumbness hehe. 1 knot came loose on the hook the other knot on the swivel. Thats what happens when you are lazy and re use your rigs a couple of times. Was still fun though, managed to see some monkeys in the trees on the opposite bank, an otter and a likkewaan.
