Mullet on dropshot?

Lol. I had the same story last year. i was amazed too. Check out a post i started on this forum. Caught one in the keurbooms mouth last easter. One of the replies showed some monster mullet caught on ds. They must be finally learning from the leeries!

Hi there. I have known mullet to even eat a small surface lure. Landed one of about 20cm a few weeks ago one on of these. Some of the guys specifically target bull mullet or "river bonnies" as they're affectionately known, on fly and have great fun catching these little gas bottles. Put up a great fight on the light tackle

recently i was honing my dropshot skills at kalkbay off the harbour wall and throwing a 7inch white n silver spec super fluke with a 2/0 half ounce jighead... i was working it and after about three casts i landed a 7inch maasbanker!
