The beach South of Boiling pot is an option but I would have to recommend a Mountain goat with the Aquacat strapped to his back to get it there.
Not a comfortable walk to and from that beach.
I have seen the Aquacat launched from Tiny's Rock and retrieved from the small beach section under the bridge but that is on dead calm days (probably on 10 of those days in a year at Mazeppa)
