Thats awesome! Is that wood as well? I read through the popper/plug tutorial and I'm going to try and make one soon, I'm just not so sure on how the painting works on the wood?

It's made with oak.
For the paint, seal the wood with a sealer first, then an ms primer. A good idea is to use a paint jig for the base colour. You can lay it on quite thick without runs.

Glad you all like it.

Nice work there bennie, now I'm a bit of a pain in the BEEEE-Hind whenit comes to detail and I was just wondering about the direction of the scale's shouldn't it be the otherway round meaning as it is now flipped 180 horisontally? Perhaps I'm mistaken but it caught my eye immediately, anyhows It's still looking GR8.

Ya, LGF, its 1 possibility depends how you look at it, the scales maybe right cos the plug gets pulled from the narrower end hence scales facing the correct dirction, BUT THEN that puts the eye in the wrong place!!!! GOOD OBSERVATION.

It is just a pattern. Suppose you could turn it 180 degrees.
