Sadly, Lucy died this past weekend, she was taken to with a chisel and hammer and I hate to admit it was me who did it.

The good news is her legend will live on and I plan to duplicate her soon.

I made a mould of her, and the heat from the process melted her causing her to be glued to the inside of the mould. Anyway, 4 hours of sanding, buffing and reshaping and the new mould is ready. Here is a trial cast.

Primitive wire lacing.
The mould is lined with cling wrap stretched across it. As the foam expands, it stretches the cling wrap to shape and prevents the foam from sticking to the mould.
