Me and my pen pel sat about 1.5 M apart and  both cliped in at about 80 - 90 m , we fished right next to each other.

Baits that worked -

rooi kariba worm - bunspice softbleeding float

                            - Vampire softbleeding float bottom hook

ball dip                 - Develsfork , and zevenster.

We casted about 8 big bombs x4 each , almost next to each other , then we put bombs a little smaller than a golf ball. once that spot got going , we nailed them, I managed to catch 36 the first session and my pen pel 26 , only due to the fact that i cought 2 at a time 4 times. second session started at 5 the afternoon , I was tired , laid down a while , at 11:30 that night I started again , but got gatvol of the mudfish and grass carp so I when't in deeper with flying ants , with VRM softbleeding floats , same ball dip , I managed to catch 15 carp avg from 1 kg to 2 kg untill 3 , and lost a couple of big fish on snags, guessing barble. I pulled out in total 57 fish and my pen pel 35 , ::slo

I could have done so much better , but I got a bit fed up with muddies and grassies avg from 500g to about 800 g , I wanted the price carp , lol , I needed a yellow and a barble for species. Thought they would be a bit deeper.
