Hi guys......What would be the best colour jig for dirty or clayish water and what would be the best trailor for the jig??

Go for birkleysblue/black in dirty water with a dark green creature. I caught 1 nice bass on it and 3 ugly barbels a few weeks ago. I sometimes cut the creature a bit smaller or rip its head off if it is to big. Test your jigs in a wash basin full of water to see how it looks under water when twitching it. Or tie coloured rabit skin with hair onto the jig, it looks freakin cool underwater as it is lighter than plastic skirts.

Strike king and birkley makes some good jigs. Look at black and blue, Black, Black and chartreuse. And a dark brown. Make sure they have loads of rattles in them. Trailer part. Well depending on the conditions. Always try and make the jig as bulky as possible. So I use flukes and craws and big plastics as my trailers and then if I have to do some finesse fishing I use grubs and small craws and pork trailers as my trailers. Just remember you get different jigs for different types of structure. For example grass and reeds and timber
