Hi Guys Finally decided to get everything legal with regards to my boat and skippers besides my hideaway spot on the vaal, far from the SAPS has no water so I cannot launch and use the boat.
So my Skippers license is booked for this Saturday, will be taking the boat along for buoyancy and COF at the same time.
Doctors appointment and medical booked for tomorrow
Need to make up an emergency steering system tomorrow and find all the safety equipment and get everything ready.
So from next week I need to find a safe spot to launch near vereeniging or vanderbijlpark that has safe parking etc but that doesn't empty the piggybank each time I want to launch.
I've heard Arbrhamsrust is a decent spot to launch but are there others that offer safe parking? I also don't want to spend R400 just to get the boat on the water.
