Is this an Ensign Cabin boat?

Hi guys anyone know if the attached is an Ensign ? and who makes them .? I want to get the floatation certificate - need to pump foam into hull and before i start cutting inspection holes in the deck want to make sure im not cutting into a bulkhead or support rib. The supplier should be able to give me a below deck hull layout diagram or advise atleast. Rumor has it was made in PE? Its a great little esturary boat lotsa fun and u can kip in it.

Not sure, doesnt look like it but I may be wrong. Cape Craft Marine used to make an ensign if I remember correctly.

Try this number 021-4487414 and ask to speak to Andy, maybe he can help you out.

Thanks At last herewith further pictures looks similar to yours ,however yours looks like a cat hull? think u also have a 55 mariner on the back like mine ? -goes like a pond rocket hey??
