Hey Nepps, have some of those stick baits on the way if USPS will flippin hurry up. u've got me worried mate about 3 weeks plus delivery as its been 10 days already.

i changed my kids from Baitcasters to Stella 4000's and there has been no more kak with sand, brocken drags, etc. granted its not big fish but here's my 10 yr olds PB from Dec '07 at Kob Inn . . . 16lb cob off the rocks not beach with swimming prawn.

Graeme - Where was that rockcod caught mate? and on what? That thing is a bus!!! is that a baby Brindle?

Can't wait to see those Stick Biats... when you get them, let me know, I've found a new way of rigging them which is apparently deadly... Way more chance of a solid hookset...

Shot, thanks dude.

Snazzy looking ey.  Will see if I can get my hands on some - got another trip to Pebane coming up end of Feb.  Sure there must be some dogtooth around there and a lot bigger kings than we got last time.  Will def try more popping and plugging this time, as well as some vertical jigging for those doggies - not so sure if my tackle will cope though.

Cheers

HI GENTS

EISH.....THE MOFFIE GRIND USERS ARE REALY "SENSITIVE"

GREAT FISH IN THE PICS.....YIP ONE THING I MUST ADMIT IS THAT THE QUALITY OF "GRINDERS" HAVE IMPROVED TRMENDOUSLY OVER THE YEARS.THEY R GREAT REELS IN FACT PROBABLY THE BEST REEL ON THE MARKET FOR QUICK, ACCURATE AND SPONTANEOUS FISHING.

I HAVE JUST BOUGHT MY 1ST moffie grinder...daiwa regal 2500 -4i fitted to a daiwa 7ft rod designed for
quarter oz to half oz dropshot fishing....1st outing,a 36cm sandfish and a 14cm sandfish..great feeling on dropshot.

Always been a scarborough and penn reel fanatic. The SCARB...always keeping u in direct contact with the fish...and the penn for distance and speed....throw left and right handed with both as well as sidecast with any penn suitable 4 rock n surf angling.

cheers......keep on "grinding"
