I got my 27w 12v-24v LED there..It is not a handheld but sealed/waterproof and F-off bright..It is like a daylight flood, there were spot versions when I got it at the beginning of the year and it is about as bright as a chokka light and lights up a huge area and was about R300, can be bolted etc...
You could it a lighter plug if you wanted, I just run it off a little 12v lead acid battery and a 12v transformer at home sometimes to watch at the fruit bats and wildlife at night. It is like day looking up at 30m tall trees at 40-50m away. A mate has 2 mounted on his boat for night and they work well apparently. But it is not a handheld, they might well have other waterproof LED's that are. Their prices are the best on tools and things.
