Howzit going all!
Thought I would let you guys know about how our recent fishing trip to Kenton-on-sea went! Myself, Stephan (Sealine Member) and Antony Botha (Visiting from UK) went down to this beautiful area for 9 days, and i must admit we were expecting quite a lot! Onfortunatley for us, none of our target species seemed to be about; big Kob, Blue Ray and Duckbill... We tried our best to find out where these fish were and unfortunately were unlucky...
We did go down at quite a bad time though, even the locals were not catching fish, and we fished at least 12 hours a day and in some cases more... The weather was great however and it did make fishing very pleasant... The edibles were strangely off the bite during daytime so we targeted them at night! As I said there were not too many big fish around so we scaeld down on our tackle and tried to make the best of what turned out to be, a great fishing holiday! This is what we caught... Followed by some pics... Conversions obtained from ORI tables...
Stephan caught some really nice fish!
