Hi there. I need a analogue tachometer and a trim

Hi there.

I need a analogue tachometer and a trim switch (one on the motor) for a Yamaha 115 V 4 oil injection. The tachometer can be damaged I only want to use the electronics inside. See atached photo of the tachometer that I am looking for. Please let me know if you can help me.
