Hi guys This morning when I tried to log in it

Hi guys

This morning when I tried to log in it wouldnt accept my password. When I chose the option to get a new password it wouldnt send to my email adress- tried everything. So I just created a new account instead. Is it possible to delete my old account and change my name back to AD97 instead of New AD97? All help much appreciated.
