Anyhows, got the prices of those lures and as well took some pics of the sardine/anchovy immitations I was talking about yesterday. now let me just get my ducks in a row and I'll post the pics highlighting the diffs and the prices...

Like I promised: the 1st pic is the big anchovy lure, it comes in two sizes and sold as a two pack, the same applies for the smaller one, Big = 1oz and the smaller one weighs 1/2oz.  The bigger one costs R32-00 and the smaller ones R29-95.

Loams, Bud I haven't checked their characteristics as of yet, but will check in the next clear piece of water I get to, like the bath-tub....... anyhows, I've heard that you need to retrieve these buggers with a little speed (4 kingies, garrick and shad) so perhaps then the sinking thing wouldn't be all that much of a problem, surface skipping like......

Make no mistake, I am absolutely in love with Rapala. Not with their price though...

But Storm lures really impress me often. Great looking product with lots of fish catching potential, and at a great price!

I agree, however the Storm hard baits, well just doesn't do it for me but there's where I get the real treat from in the Strike-pro lures, also great lures ito cathing and the price, well they less than a third of the same/similar Rapala....

My 2 cents again... those Storm range of lures work REALLY well, i have had a great deal of sucess with them for both BASS and in the saltwater. The tails on this range of lures really vibrate, and so in slightly stained water they work great, in fact they work well fullstop. Only one thing with Storm is their minnow (baitfish) range is brillient, the other baits (worms, crabs, prawns) are not as good as Berkley. if i had to list my top 3 baitfish softplastics (it just so happens that the cheapest are on top). Zoom Super and baby Flukes in Baby bass colour, Storm range of baitfish imitations, Berkley minnows. From a hardbait perspective.... XRAP, XRAP, XRAP... LOL
