H Frame

While messing around in my store room today i found an old golf trolly bag that i have not used in about 10 years. So i decided to make this from it......Oh it is all aluminium and weighs about 900grams and is very sterdy.

Now just to add the box and some padding and straps. Only problem is i have no idea where to get strips and padding from? Any help will do please!

If you want I'll donate some 50mm webbing.

It's red and you'll have to collect it.

For padding try Sondor. They sell offcuts of very nice stuff.

Thanks for the idea, i have alot of off cuts and full squares of foam that i used to do the floatation on my boat,  i got it directly from Sondor.

Very nice! I am also looking to make an H frame, but it seems that 25mm square aluminum have suddenly dissapeared from earth! I can't seem to find any.

Try Maizey's in Pta West, they should have all the goodies, if not try NFM (non ferious metals) also in Pta West, they are in Zeilers street. NFM just does not have the connet-it blocks, these you can only get at Maizey's.
