Not too exciting. When the grunter run, so do the locals, and before long they are all fished out. You will know they are running when the locals are fishing the train bridge in mass. They like to use the small brown klipvis as live bait. You also get the odd juvenile leervis, and lots of baby stumpies. It is generally a place to throw a net for mullet for livebait to use in the surf, and pump a few mudprawn.
