Good morning,

Does anybody know what the conditions are like in the Camps Bay and Betties Bay areas this morning? I have a serious salt deficientcy

Betties is not bad. Dived it yesterday arvie, got home early, 3m in on shore spots and 6+  offshore.

got bumped by a small raggie so the viz around assbank is probably still a bit muddy:ssswim:

did you get anything? what was temperature like?

Ja, I got a fright... then I got out.

Water was warm enough and very fishy, was really just starting my dive when our toothy friend unsettled me so didnt see anything. 

after the bump I decided that a braai and a bottie red would heal my wounds so called it a day. Strangly, I forgot to do the braai part....

The SE has been blowing a bit so there should be bellmen in maasbaai, who knows maybe the geelbek will come in very early this year.

can i contact you from time to time for dive reports? long way to drive to be met with poor conditions. i will not make nuisance of myself.
