Hi Everyone !

This fish was picked up by a friend of mine. In fact it was the only fish that came out that morning according to what I heard... Parksboard was there to inspect Marlon's catch. Length 50cm - weight 1.5kg

lost it with my 6 foot rod and line getting stuck in the mussel of the pier

also caught a 1kilo last year sometime on light tackle off the pier, used cracker as bait , wat a pull that thing gave me , i thort it was a nice size grunter or something , excellent fighter but dirty also he was heading strait under the pier.

Yep, a shoal of these fine fighters pulled in last w/end at St.Lucia. Sadly, in the frenzy quite a few small southerns were taken.... considering of course that these fish can attain quite a hectic mass. I know in the peak of Summer, Ledges throws out constant 3 - 5kg specimens.

All time favourites as mentioned....

Sealice/red prawn

Red prawn / chokka
