Game fish in Plettenberg Bay

Hi Guys

What game fish can be caught in Plett?

When, where and how?

I have only caught small Garrick but would love a Kingy and/or Dorado.

Within October you should be getting bonnito's in the bay. There was plenty of them from October to April last year. Alternatively you could troll big mullet in the bay of Robberg for huge Garrick. (Up to 18kg)

Occasionally you get yellowfin tuna of the point, but that only happened two seasond out of the last ten that i know of. For the tunny you just use big Rapala X-rap deep divers(Red-head, blue mackerel etc.)

Unfortunately that is all gamefish for Plett that i know of.
