Myself and Bakersman83 met up at Footloose yesterday to introduce BM83 to Footloose.
The day was a slow one and definitely way to hot as the water temps were averaging 28 degrees and the bass were very sluggish and most had lock jaw.
I managed 3 for the day and BM83 got 2 after I left. All in all I would say it was a good day for testing different tactics. BM83 got both his bass on fly, popper and bait immitation. Mine were on trick worms fished wacky. I managed a smaller one one on a orange curly tail but it was so small it does not count.
The one thing I will say is that Footloose has one of the healthiest kurper populations I have seen. Just in the one corner of the big dam I could not count how many there were because there were so many. Any one up for artlure then give Footloose a go.
