Dry extrusion vacuum blast furnace running at 450 degrees C

That's how they are made and the cooking system is commercially available from Germany and will cost you around R1.5m so after making and selling floaties for the next 5 years you might just pay it off.

The Raptors are made in a similar manner but with a Soya Paste

Your other option is to hand roll some small dough balls and then like with Pop up boilie recipes, cook them in the microwave dehydrating them and then soaking them with a light layer of Glycol for a week to soften them and you're ready to go.

It's a lot cheaper to just buy them and a lot less hassle, ever try role 200 x 6mm dough baits for a few fishing sessions - Lot easier to buy a bottle.

Gee whizz. Been working in a kitchen for 30 years and never tried it! O.K. Only been back in. fishing for 3 years now. Rather buy them.

One thing I want to add is don't use floaties that are too old and stale from being left open or just opened frequently. Rather get new ones if you don't feel confident in using your current ones. Most of the time I only use plain floaties.

What is your definition of bulk.

We supply from 100gr to 1000kg packaging obviously different prices

1kg = approx 140 bottles
