hello i would just like to find out is it worthwhile fishing now in Western cape during winter ? or is their any spots where fish tend to bite during winter, i was told last week the water is too cold is this true?

Although im not from your area, fish do bite in winter. Maybe not as many as in summer, but the ones that do are normally bigger also. If the water is really too cold just wait for it to warm up again and then go. One things for certain - you will not catch any fish if you dont try at least!
