@Rob

Yup, one can only hope. Thanks for the show you two gentlemen present.

BTW, I fished near Empangeni two weeks back, you chaps have a piece of bass heaven in KZN!

Yip we are very blessed in KZN... only thing we miss is those smallies at Kwaggas... went to Craigieburn (my first time there) to scout the dam for a show... unfortunately the weather was not kind and we caught only dinkies... well Howie and I only caught dinkies... a mate landed a 2,5kg largie and smoked us... but the exercise was to find some decent smallies! We’ll be back with better weather...

JohanVC found smallie-ville near Mosselbay and landed a few good look'n fish, my cousin lives in George and also enjoys the spoils of smallmouth fooshing on private farm dams.

Rob, do you know Phumula Lodge near Richards Bay? Spend a night recently at their lodge, wow, night fooshing-excellent!, day fooshing-A-DAMN-MAZING!

Suggest you check it out when you are in that neck of the woods.

This job of mine gets in the way of foooshing... so many spots to try and so little time... Thanks Billaridoo... added to my growing list of spots to wet a line!

Watched ESA today with the two unfamiliar faces. Firstly I would like to express my concern/disappointment in the way the fish were handled ie the guys squeezing the abdomen and handling the fish more than neccessary. However I would like to suggest that ESA producer look at getting a young angler as an anchor presenter for the show ( seening that Rob and Howie are tied up with their full time jobs) This would probably go down better with seening the new faces on ESA due to the diff locations etc. It just doesnt seem interesting not looking forward to a familiar face like Rob or Howie and finding new ppl every week. Thus the suggestion 4 an anchor presenter that is on the boat with the new guys. U could prob cast him as an apprentice learning the guests new methods etc but a face for ESA. Not just OJ she is basicaly a narrator some one presenting full time. I just suggest this obviously not knowing the financial implocations but it would be nice to have one. Hell if U can get Rob and Howie to quit their full time jobs even better lol

Hi

I didn't watch a ESA program yet because I don't have DSTV rather spend that 500 bucks on a nice fishing trip or on some equipment, got the magazine a few times nice tips and info.
I think watching somebody fish is not as nice fishing yourself....my 2 cents.
