Hi John
So about 8 months back I bought the above mentioned unit from you. Had it installed on my JS with the transducer on the outside. Question is, when ii move over structure like the Barge off Umhlanga, The Produce off AS I don't see what I'm suppose too as pitched through all the advertising of this unit. All I see is a mere change in depth as I would see on my previous M68c.
When stationary next to my mate, on the shoal, he would rave about this big fish under ski or that fish and yet we are virtually attached to each other and I don't see anything. Is there a setting where I can change the sensitivity, I looked all over and can't seem to find anything.
How do I tell whether I'm over sand or reef? With the M68c it was easy for me to tell the difference. With this unit I'm a bit lost.
In the GPS mode, how come all my offshore waypoints are on land?
Well these are just a few points that come to mind at this point
Your help will be greatly appreciated
