Could somebody help me out.
What are the rules regarding using a small boat at the Durban Harbour? In intend on using my Tig 10 with a 10hp Yammaha outboard. I will be fishing the shallow banks.
I do have a Category R skippers licence. Do I need the boat to have an annual COF? Does it have to be registered? Do I require the Port disc? Bouayancy certificate?
Any info will be appreciated.
