Drop shot Banana beach

Hi,

I am new to this forum and also relatively new to drop shotting.

We are planning a trip to banana beach in May - any suggestions on what plastics may be most useful? Will also be wanting to make use of some iron candy Couta casting spoons (45g), or should I be looking at something else for this area

Will appreciate any advice.

Has anyone had any luck recently spinning for kingies, garrick or natal snoek in the Hibberdene / Banana Beach area on the south coast?

Hiya Brandon,all those species that you mention have been caught off the Point ahead of the tidal-pool at Sunwich-port.I can unfortunately not comment on recent catches,but you can do worse than walking the hop,skip and jump from Banana-beach southwards to Sunwich for a session or two.Good time of year that you selected for the area.
