and now on a serious note , this dip or a glue which is extreemly sticky,  i found it very good . You can stick seed particles to your boilie or any other bait looking more attractive for Carp.   I also found it very handy if mixed with green fluorescent powder and then your bait will relase color for very long time - had improved catch with Grass Carp since started to use.
