CTF comp and social

Date :   16th May 2009
Time :   registration 08h00 - 08h30 ,lines in 09h00 ,lines up 14h00

Facilities available are ,braai areas ,toilets ,tidal pool

Prizes sponsored by Liquour Ranch, Awesome Charters, Pro-bait, Westhook Seafoods and Kieth Murisson


Please take note there is a small entrance fee charged at Kogelbay R 8-00 per adult R 4-50 per child we regret no pets allowed


Rules:
Fishing area must be within day camp area.
 
Main prize will be in the form of a casting competition. Details will be announced at venue (Value R1400.00)
2nd prize biggest fish landed, must be witnessed by one of the forum admins or designated member (Value R750.00)
3rd prize will be "a treasure hunt"" You will have to look for it. We will anounce starting time for hunt at venue (Value R500.00)
4th prize will be for 2nd biggest fish landed  (Value R250.00)
5th prize will be for "finding your own bait" R150.00 Pro-Bait Voucher which will be somewhere in the sea. More details at venue (Value R150.00)
There will be a couple of other prizes available, (Vouchers and Cash), these will be handed out in a lucky draw (Value R1100.00+)

It would be appeciated if all those entering can make a R30.00 donation at registration. This will go towards the cost of the wood, and the rest into a lucky draw

Total Prize Value=R4150.00+

Please do not forget you "dop 'n chop" as this is a "social comp"

Guys have some bad news. We are going to postphone comp/social until further notice.

Cape Town is bracing for massive cold fronts that are set to hit the peninsula this weekend, bringing "absolutely huge waves" and gale-force winds.
The pending storm is expected to be so severe that disaster management workers are already on full alert and rescue organisations have warned hikers to avoid mountain paths and bathers and sailors to exercise caution when at sea.

Rather safe (and enjoyable) than sorry (and regret)...

Will posts new proposed dates soon
