A little help would be appreciated - I feel like I am being ripped off (but maybe its fair). We have recently purchased a new house and I have now got the account from the Attorneys for registering the bond. As below. Is this the going rates? It seems like a huge amount of money to me.

and it went at a prescribed value of close on 2 bar. We shopped round for fees and I ended up paying a tad over 11k. I have no idea who did it but it was someone in Jhb that my attorney found.
